Day 1: Amboseli

Early arrival at JKIA and you are met by our driver/guide for the drive south east of Nairobi to Amboseli National Park Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, the Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya's most popular parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Masai word meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Check-in upon arrival, lunch is served at the lodge and later depart for an evening game viewing drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight at OL TUKAI LODGE (full board).

Day 2: Amboseli

Depart after breakfast for a morning game drive to return later for lunch. On a clear day, you will be able to see some of Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peaks. Animals to be seen: huge herds of elephants, lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dogs, buffalo, impala, Thompson gazelles, lesser kudu, giraffe, zebra and a prolific birdlife. After lunch depart for an afternoon game drive including a stop at the Observation Hill which allows an overall view of the whole park especially the swamps and elephants. Dinner and overnight at OL TUKAI LODGE (full board).

Day 3: Amboseli / Lake Manyara

After breakfast and check-out, you are transferred to Namanga, the Kenya/Tanzania border and after the immigration formalities met by our Tanzania counterparts. Proceed to Arusha stopping for hot lunch and later drive onwards to Lake Manyara National Park. On arrival enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive where you might spot the tree climbing lions. The Park is also ornithologists paradise with over 500 birds recorded included the lesser & greater flamingoes. Transfer to the lodge for check-in and dinner. Overnight at LAKE MANYARA SERENA LODGE (half board).

Day 4: Lake Manyara / Ngorongoro

After breakfast enjoy a morning game drive in the park and proceed later to Ngorongoro Conservation area arriving in time for lunch upon check-in. The afternoon is spent at the lodge terrace enjoying the beautiful scenery. Dinner and overnight at NGORONGORO SERENA LODGE (full board).

Day 5: Ngorongoro

After breakfast depart for a full day game drive on the crater floor. Descend on a scenic route identifying some of the many birds found in the area. On the crater floor is Lake Magadi which is home to the lesser and greater flamingoes. Animals to be seen here include; lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, wildebeest, elephants, Topi, bushbuck, Impala, Thompson gazelles among others. Picnic lunch is served in one of the areas and enjoy a final afternoon game drive before returning to the lodge later in the evening. Dinner and overnight at NGORONGORO SERENA LODGE (full board).

Day 6: Ngorongoro / Serengeti

After breakfast and check-out depart with a game viewing drive en route to Serengeti National Park – another one of the world’s greatest parks made famous by the wildebeest migration to/from the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. Stop at the Ol Duvai gorge where the famous archeologists Louis & Mary Leakey discovered the fosilised remains of early humans and magnificent antiquities documenting the evolutionary history of our stone tool-using ancestors, vertebrate fauna, and the environments over the last two million years. Proceed to Serengeti Park with picnic lunches en route. Arrive for dinner and overnight at SERENGETI SERENA LODGE (half board).

Day 7: Serengeti

Depart after breakfast for a full day game viewing drive in this spectacular wildlife conservation area. besides hosting the great wildebeest migration, Serengeti is also home to buffalo, elephant, rhino, giraffe, antelooes, lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, wild dogs, elands, baboon amongst many others and also has a rich birdlife. All meals and overnight at SERENGETI SERENA LODGE (half board).

Day 8: Serengeti / Masai Mara

After early breakfast and check-out, you are transferred to Isebania, the Kenya/Tanzania border point. After the immigration formalities, you are met by your Kenya driver/guides and proceed to the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, so named to mean “spotted plains” in Maa language. The Reserve is also famed for the great wildebeest migration which starts anytime from June, if lucky could experience the river crossing…an awesome spectacle as the wildebeest & zebra try to escape the crocodiles lying in wait. After picnic lunch enjoy an afternoon game drive in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo en route to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at MARA SERENA LODGE (full board).

Day 9: Masai Mara

Early morning game drive returning to camp for breakfast. After breakfast depart for a full day game drive with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators: lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, jackals, wild dogs and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo and the dangerous Crocodiles with a visit to Mara river. Meals and overnight at MARA SERENA LODGE (full board). Day 10: Masai Mara / Nairobi / Depart After breakfast and check-out, depart with a game viewing drive en route to Nairobi.. Arrive in time for lunch on own account and later transferred to JKIA for your onward flight.
